After providing an online quotation, we conduct an on-site inspection of the entire household water pipe system.
2. Injection of Food-Grade Citric Acid for Resting
Food-grade citric acid is used to break down stubborn dirt and grime on the pipe walls, ensuring that there are no concerns about residual chemicals after the cleaning process.
3. Inspection of Water Quality during Cleaning
After the resting period, we proceed with the water pipe cleaning and inspect the water flow and conduct water quality testing.
4. Bathroom Water Pipe Operation
Once the water quality is confirmed to be satisfactory after cleaning, we proceed with the cleaning of the bathroom water pipes.
5. Kitchen Water Pipe Operation
After confirming the satisfactory water quality post-cleaning, we proceed with the cleaning of the kitchen water pipes.
6. Environmental Clean-up and Water Flow Confirmation
We open all faucets in the premises for water flow testing, ensuring that the water quality meets the required standards and the water pressure is normal, thus completing the water pipe cleaning service.

To ensure the health and safety of our customers, all our service personnel undergo verification to confirm they have not traveled in the past 14 days before accepting service orders. They will also wear masks throughout the service period. Additionally, to safeguard the health and safety of our service personnel, if customers have a travel history in the past 14 days or any similar symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, etc., we kindly request that they seek medical attention promptly and self-isolate at home. During this period, please refrain from scheduling any in-home services. If services have already been scheduled, please notify us to request a rescheduling of the service date (no charges will be incurred for rescheduling). The health of our customers and service personnel is our top priority.
Our professional water pipe cleaning technicians are equipped with specialized cleaning agents and professional cleaning tools to clean your water pipes. There is no need for you to provide any cleaning materials.
If you request a cancellation within 1 business day prior to the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of $500 will apply. If you cancel on the day of the service, the full service fee will be charged. We recommend proceeding with the scheduled service. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the service. Requests for rescheduling within 24 hours of the service will incur a rescheduling fee of $500. In the event that the pipes cannot be detached for cleaning due to any reasons, a $500 inspection fee and additional charges will apply.
If, for any reason, the pipes cannot be detached for cleaning upon arrival, an inspection fee of $500 will be charged. This includes situations such as severe aging of the pipes, pipe leakage, or other special circumstances that prevent the cleaning of the water pipes. For all other special cases, an assessment will be conducted on-site by our technician to determine the appropriate course of action.
All services provided by us come with a free 30-day warranty for any issues related to the pipe cleaning service. Please note that if our technicians find that the issues with the pipes are not caused by our work or fall outside the scope of the warranty service, we will charge the original price for repairs, along with an emergency service fee of $1,000. If the customer requires warranty service from us, please contact us for assistance.
